  1. 🛒 How do I place an order?
    Select a product, specify its parameters, and click „Add to Cart“. Then enter your address details, choose delivery and payment methods, and submit the order. You’ll receive a confirmation via email. We’ll inform you of the exact delivery date at least 2 days in advance.
  2. 📅 When will I receive my order?
    The delivery date is included in the order confirmation email. Check your order status under „My Account / Check Order Status“. We’ll notify you of any changes via email or phone. We’ll contact you 24–72 hours before delivery to arrange a convenient time slot (3–4 hours). The driver will call 20–60 minutes before arrival. Deliveries are made 7 days a week from 8:00 to 23:00.

    Verify the parameters, color, and type of furniture upon receipt. You can return it if there’s a discrepancy.
  4. 🚚 Do we carry furniture inside?
    Drivers do not carry furniture inside. Arrange assistance for receipt. Goods are delivered to the first door/gate or the nearest accessible point.
  5. 🛠️ Do we offer assembly services?
    We do not offer assembly. An instruction manual is included, and many are available online via QR codes or videos.
